Access Control
Access is intentional, scoped, and revocable.
Clinician Companion does not operate as an open-access environment. Access is granted based on role, purpose, and defined collaboration context.
Least privilege
Participants receive only the minimum level of access required for their role.
Explicit authorization
Access must be granted intentionally rather than assumed.
Context-bound permissions
Permissions are tied to a collaboration purpose and can be adjusted if that purpose changes.
Revocation
Access can be modified or withdrawn whenever required by governance, privacy, or operational need.
